Naples, Italy 

Why does everyone try to scare you about Naples? The drivers are like maniacs, the garbage problem is disgusting, you WILL get pickpocketed or scammed in some way, the mob still has a heavy presence, blah, blah, blah.

I really like Naples. Parts of it were really rather beautiful. The people were super nice, and honestly the food was more delicious and cheaper than the other places I visited in southern Italy.
